What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Counter-Notice
- We will forward your counter-notice to the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- We will inform them that we may restore the content in 10-14 business days
- If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion

Repeat Infringer Policy
Our Commitment to Addressing Repeat Infringement
We take copyright infringement seriously and will terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
What Constitutes Repeat Infringement:

- Patterns of posting infringing content even after warnings
